Supporting someone
When you're worried about someone, what helps depends on what's happening for them and how they feel about getting help. These pages cover raising it with them, what to do when they don't want help, and looking after yourself while you try to help someone else. There's also a page on what to do if you're worried about their safety. If someone is in danger right now, call 000. If you're under 18, Kids Helpline is on 1800 55 1800.
